Prospective clients included state, local and federal law enforcement agencies, such as the New York Police Department (NYPD), Philadelphia Police Department (PPD), the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS). 

scale_truth_justice_wteLooking back on the raid of IRP Solutions’ business, conducted in 2005, by 21 FBI agents, it is very apparent that IRP’s direct competitors were not going to let a small, black, minority-owned company win such a substantial and lucrative contract, that they had been awarded previously and serviced for years.
